As the official EU Garmin distributor for the Benelux, we have been granted early-stage delivery to the Garmin Xero C1 units. When Garmin’s initial announcement was made they informed us that they planned to ship the first units in weeks 4-5 of 2024 and SSD ordered 60 units. So far we have learned, and got confirmation during Shotshow, that distribution has been severely delayed.
We have spoken in length about this with Garmin in Las Vegas during the Shot Show USA and found out that not only US supplies are short, but also the EU version will not be shipped as per Garmin’s shipment timeframe. The new expected delivery timeframe will be March/April 2024 for EU.
SSD will still receive the first shipment of the EU, but we can imagine this is a setback for those anxiously awaiting their Garmin order. We would like to convey our and Garmin’s apologies for this unexpected wait.
We kindly ask you how you wish to continue with regard to your order.
Option 1) Would you like to wait for the new delivery window?
Option 2) Would you like to cancel your order and receive a full refund?
